18+Clause 4.3 allows a deduction of up to 20% of a withdrawal

The short answer

Expert Option states a minimum withdrawal of $10 and says in its official FAQ that requests are processed within 2 working days, while clause 4.5 of the same company's Retail Client Agreement gives it 5 business days. Money goes back to the source it came from — the card or e-wallet used for the deposit — and profits are paid to an e-wallet chosen in the FINANCES section; third-party cards and wallets are not accepted. Clause 4.3 lets the company deduct up to 20% of a withdrawal amount, charge 50 USD per month on a dormant account, set daily limits and hold an initial deposit for 180 days if KYC documents are not supplied. Clause 4.4 adds a USD 10 account closure charge. All figures below are quoted from those documents.

Chapter 1The route

The stated route and the two different timings

One brand, two documents, two different numbers of days.

The official FAQ describes a short route. A withdrawal is requested in the FINANCES section of the account, and the minimum is $10 or the equal amount in local currency, the same as the minimum deposit. Deposited money goes back to the source it came from, the card or e-wallet used to pay in; profit is paid to an e-wallet picked from the list in FINANCES. Third-party cards and wallets are not accepted.

The withdrawal time is where the brand answers twice. The FAQ says requests are processed within 2 working days. Clause 4.5 of the Retail Client Agreement gives the company five business days, provided the balance covers the amount and any applicable fees. The FAQ is a help page; the agreement is the contract a client accepts when opening an account, so 5 business days is the period the company has committed to in writing. The company, the licence question and both timings are summarised in the payout and fee overview.

Chapter 2The charges

The five charges written into the agreement

The home page says 0%. The agreement lists what the company may take.

  2. 50 USD a month while dormantcl. 1.1, 4.3Dormant means no transaction for three months; the fixed fee is deducted automatically.

Retail Client Agreementcl. 4.3

The Company reserves the right:

— to deduct up to 20% commission from the withdrawal amount in order to eliminate the possibility of online fraud and to cover transaction costs;

The withdrawal limit per day is the one charge without a number: the clause lets the company set a daily or periodic limit and states none. The other four come with figures. Read next to the home page, which states «0% Commissions» and «0% Fees», the agreement allows a deduction of up to a fifth of the amount withdrawn. Both texts were read on 29.08.2026.

Chapter 3Verification

Verification before the first withdrawal

The identity check comes after the money is in, and the Payment Policy sets its clock.

10working days to identify a client, Payment Policy 2.3
30working days in some cases, same clause
180days a first deposit can be held without KYC, cl. 4.3

The official FAQ says verification is possible only after a deposit, so the order is fixed: money in first, documents second, withdrawal third. Clause 2.3 of the Payment Policy gives the company 10 working days from its request to identify a client and lets that stretch to 30 working days in some cases. If the documents requested for KYC purposes are not provided, clause 4.3 of the Retail Client Agreement allows the company to hold the initial deposit for 180 days.

The source rules tighten the same route. Withdrawals go back to the card or e-wallet that paid in, and third-party cards and wallets are not accepted at all: the account has to be funded from the client's own card or wallet. Deposits by bank transfer carry their own delay: clause 3.2 of the Payment Policy allows up to 45 working days to process one.

Chapter 4Withdrawal proof

Why «withdrawal proof» clips prove nothing

A screen recording shows one transaction. The terms decide every other one.

Expert Option withdrawal proof usually means a video or screenshot of a request, a status or a card notification. Each shows one transaction of one account at one moment. None shows how long the request waited, whether the account had passed verification, whether a deduction under clause 4.3 was applied, or which account tier the author holds. The Exclusive tier is promoted with «Priority withdrawal», so the tier alone can change what is being filmed.

A balance on a phone screen proves even less. The platform states «Get $10,000 to practice with just one click», and its FAQ says demo funds are virtual and cannot be withdrawn; in the app, both accounts sit behind the same switch. The checkable alternative is the paper: timings, deductions and limits are written into the agreement and do not change with anyone's clip. The same document-first method runs through five repeatable document checks.

One clip, one accountThe timing, the KYC status and the clause 4.3 deduction are in the agreement, not in the video.

Chapter 5FAQ

Questions about withdrawals

Four answers taken from the official FAQ and the Retail Client Agreement of the same brand, both read on 29.08.2026.

How long does an Expert Option withdrawal take?

The company's official FAQ says withdrawal requests are processed within 2 working days. Clause 4.5 of its Retail Client Agreement obliges it to process a request within 5 business days, provided the balance covers the amount and any applicable fees. Both figures are published by the same brand.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

$10, or the equivalent in local currency, the same as the minimum deposit. Deposited money returns to the source it came from — the card or e-wallet used — while profit is paid to an e-wallet selected in the FINANCES section. Third-party cards and wallets are not accepted.

Can the company take a percentage of my withdrawal?

Yes. Clause 4.3 of the agreement reserves the right to deduct up to 20% of the withdrawal amount to cover transaction costs and fraud prevention, and to set daily or periodic withdrawal limits, even though the front page advertises 0% commissions and 0% fees.

What happens if I stop trading for a while?

An account with no transaction for three months is a Dormant Account under clause 1.1. Clause 4.3 lets the company deduct a fixed dormant account fee of 50 USD per month, and after 12 consecutive dormant months with a zero balance it may close the account and terminate the agreement without prior notice.
