Risk notice: why a 95% payout still needs a 51% strike rate

In short

A fixed-time trade pays a set percentage on a win and takes the whole stake on a loss. At a 95% payout, that means 51.3% of calls must be right just to end level; at 80% the line is 55.6%, at 70% it is 58.8%. No state compensation scheme covers these accounts, and under clause 3.1 of the agreement a claim cannot exceed what you deposited. Never deposit an amount whose loss would change your budget.

Section 1The arithmetic

The line you must beat to stand still

A win pays less than the stake. A loss costs all of it.

On a $10 trade at a 95% payout, a right call returns $9.50 on top of the stake and a wrong call loses the $10. Over many trades, the share of right calls needed to end level is 1 / (1 + payout). At 95% that is 51.3%. A coin toss is right half the time, which at this payout is a slow loss, not a draw.

The payout is not fixed by a market. Clause 4.3 lets the company «change, add or set as default the return rate» for one, several or all assets, and the platform states only that a payout can be «up to 95%». Every point the rate drops lifts the line. The same numbers sit in the break-even arithmetic on the main page.

Section 2The loss

What a lost trade costs, and who covers it

A wrong call does not lose part of the stake; it loses all of it. There is no partial exit written into the trade, so a run of losses takes the stakes one by one.

No financial licence and no state regulator is named in the company's own documents, and no state-level compensation scheme is named either. The brand points to The Financial Commission, a private dispute body whose register lists it as Active since 07.02.2022 with a fund of up to €20,000 per complaint. That is not a government guarantee. Clause 3.1 caps any claim at the total of the client's deposits, so lost profit cannot be claimed at all.

Section 3Warning signs

Signs that trading has stopped being a choice

  1. Raising the stake after a losing runchasingA bigger trade to win back losses moves no line: the break-even share stays the same, only the amount at risk grows.
  2. Trading with borrowed moneycreditA loan or a card balance turns a lost stake into a debt that outlives the account.
  3. Hiding losses from familysecrecyWhen the balance is something you keep to yourself, it is already affecting more than your own money.
  4. Depositing money the budget needsbudget ruleNever deposit an amount whose loss would change how you pay for rent, food, school or debt.

Help

We have no verified helpline for this kind of trading and this audience, so we do not print a number. Speak to a qualified financial adviser, and to the debt, consumer or gambling-harm support services of your own country.

If any sign above sounds familiar, stop depositing first and talk to someone second. Account questions belong to the platform; corrections to this page can go to the editors by e-mail or form. The charges that apply to a withdrawal are listed on the withdrawal page, and the country rules of the agreement on the India status page.
